- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1-1/3 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh
- frozen cranberries, cut up
Directions

1Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl.

2stir throughly and make well in center.

3In seperate bowl beat eggs, mix in oil, milk and add berries.

4Pour into well and stir to moisten.

5Batter will be lumpy.

6Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

7Bake in 400F oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown.

8Cool on wire rack.

9Melt a bit of butter in a bowl and pour a bit of sugar dust the top of the muffins with butter and dip each muffin in the sugar.
