- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. orange juice
Directions

1Sift flour with sugar; add cranberries, walnuts and grated orange peel.

2Combine beaten egg and Wesson oil with orange juice. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.

3Bake in greased loaf pan in 350° oven for 50 minutes or until done (check after 40 to 45 minutes).

4Remove from pan and cool.
