- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 (20 ounce) package vanilla candy coating, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2Place pecan halves on a cookie sheet and toast for 10 minutes.

3Remove to a wire rack to cool.

4When cool pour nuts into a bowl and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.

5Following package directions melt candy coating in your microwave.

6Stir in toasted pecans, cranberries, and nutmeg.

7Spread mixture on prepared cookie sheet, 1/4 inch thick.

8Refrigerate until cool.

9Remove and break into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces.

10Store in an airtight container.
