  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. Ocean Spray whole berry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
  • 1 baked pie shell, cooled

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add cranberry sauce and orange rind; add juice.

    Chill until thickened.

    Fold in whipped topping.

    Chill again until mixture will mound.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
