  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Maple syrup
  • Sweetened whipped cream

    Spread cranberries in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.

    In a bowl combine eggs and remaining 1 cup sugar.
