  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 14 cup brandy (optional, see note above) (optional)
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 9 inches double crust pie crusts

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, flour, brandy, and orange juice.

    Turn mixture into a pie crust and top with the other crust.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 - 60 minutes.
