- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of cayenne or white pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Combine butter, lemon juice and pepper. Roll crab in butter mixture and then lightly in flour.

3Put on rack, 2-inches from heat and broil for 10 minutes.

4Turn once.
