  • 1 lb. cranberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. Tokay grapes, halved and seeded
  • 2 apples, chopped (not peeled)
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    Grind cranberries and drain 1 hour.

    Combine cranberries and sugar.

    Let stand 1 hour.

    Drain again.
  5. 5
    Combine next 3 ingredients with drained cranberries.

    Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
