- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen or fresh cranberries
Directions

1For jellied cranberry sauce:

2Bring water and cranberries to a boil; boil for five minutes.

3Put mixture through strainer or food mill.

4Stir in sugar and return to boil; remove from heat.

5Pour into mold or other container; lay waxed paper directly on surface to prevent formation of skin; cool slightly and refrigerate.
