Cranberry Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh cranberries
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 *** Can also use 4 teaspoons of dried cranberries

Directions

    On stove top heat water to a simmer.

    Add cranberries and gently simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Strain.

    I use the insert from my teapot but a small sieve works as well.

    Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired, you can also add fresh ginger root and/or cinnamon stick if desired.

    Enjoy!

    You can also chill for a refreshing juice.
