  • 2-2/3 cups (edamame) (remove beans from pods if purchased whole)
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 4 medium apples, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk

Directions

    Cook soybeans as directed on package; cool.

    Blend mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and paprika in a small bowl.

    Add apple chunks and toss.

    Add celery, cranberries and soybeans; mix.

    Arrange 1 cup chopped lettuce on each of 4 plates and top with salad mixture.

    Sprinkle each salad with 2 Tbsp.
