- 2-2/3 cups (edamame) (remove beans from pods if purchased whole)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 medium apples, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
Directions

1Cook soybeans as directed on package; cool.

2Blend mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and paprika in a small bowl.

3Add apple chunks and toss.

4Add celery, cranberries and soybeans; mix.

5Arrange 1 cup chopped lettuce on each of 4 plates and top with salad mixture.

6Sprinkle each salad with 2 Tbsp.

7walnuts.

8Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
