- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
- 1 c. raw cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped cashews
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Cook rice according to package.

2Stir in cranberries.

3Cook until berries begin to pop.

4Add celery, cashews, orange rind and sugar.

5Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
