- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. liquid crawfish boil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 oz. American cheese, grated
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Add flour and seasoning.

3Add cream. Stir in cheese into hot mixture until melted.

4Add crawfish and cook 10 minutes on low heat.

5Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish; top with bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350°, uncovered, until bubbly.
