Crawfish Bread

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 block margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 6 oz. Provolone cheese
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 to 1 lb. crawfish tails
- seasoned salt to taste
Directions

1Slice French bread in half.

2In pan, melt margarine, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, saute a few minutes, then add crawfish, parsley and seasoned salt.

3Saute for about 10 minutes. Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted.

4Spread on French bread. Bake in 400° oven for about 15 minutes.

5Cut into pieces and enjoy.

6Shrimp may be substituted for crawfish.
