- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. dill seed
- 6 c. milk
- 1 lb. fresh salmon, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in larger saucepan over medium heat.

2Add potatoes, green onions and dill seed.

3Saute for 3 minutes.

4Add milk and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

5Add fresh salmon and simmer for 10 minutes.

6Season with salt and pepper.

7Garnish with dill sprigs.
