- 2 stick Butter
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Celery soup
Directions

1Melt butter in Stock pot.

2Add onions and Cook till onions appear clear.

3Add Crawfish and soups and a can of water

4Place on low heat and simmer for 30 mins.

5Season to taste.

6I use Cajun Seasoning.

7Serve over Rice.
