Crawfish Etouffee

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 lb La Peeled Crawfish
  • 2 stick Butter
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup

Directions

    Melt butter in Stock pot.

    Add onions and Cook till onions appear clear.

    Add Crawfish and soups and a can of water
  4. 4
    Place on low heat and simmer for 30 mins.

    Season to taste.

    I use Cajun Seasoning.

    Serve over Rice.
