- 2 lb. crawfish tails, peeled
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 6 green onions
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 sticks butter or margarine or 1 stick each
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Melt butter into skillet.

2Add flour.

3Brown slightly.

4Add onion, bell pepper and celery.

5Saute until wilted.

6Add crawfish tails.

7Add one cup of warm water to the skillet.

8Add Season-All or salt and pepper to taste.

9Cook approximately 40 minutes on low heat.

10Serve over white or brown rice.
