Crawfish Impossible Pie

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 c. crawfish tails (cooked)
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a small skillet, saute onion, garlic and celery until clear.

2Add crawfish, salt and pepper.

3Simmer for 5 minutes. Grease pie plate.

4Add crawfish mixture.

5Beat eggs and milk for 1 minute.

6Add biscuit mix; mix well.

7Sprinkle cheese on top of crawfish.

8Pour biscuit mixture into pie plate.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

10Cool for 5 minutes.

11Serve warm.
