Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. Tony's seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can Ro-Tel, drained
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 lb. crawfish
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 loaf French bread

Directions

    Saute first 3 ingredients in butter.

    Add all ingredients, except cheeses.

    Cook until crawfish is done.

    Hollow out and make a boat in the French bread.

    Pour mixture into boat.

    Top with cheeses.

    Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 375° degrees for 30 minutes.
