- 5 lb. ground crawfish tails
- 5 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- fish fry or flour
- salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Grind all vegetables with crawfish tails in food processor. Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

2Add bread crumbs and mix well. Form into patties, then drench in flour (I prefer flour) or fish fry.

3Deep fry until brown.

4Serves about 10.
