Crawfish Pie

- 1 unbaked pie shell and top
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 sticks celery, finely chopped
- Tony's Creole seasoning to taste (sage and curry)
Directions

1Saute crawfish tails in margarine, about 5 minutes.

2Remove crawfish tails, add onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic to margarine and saute for 10 minutes.

3Season crawfish and add to mixture, along with the soup.

4Cook at least 20 minutes.

5If too thick, add a little water.

6Place in pie shell and cover with top. Bake in 300° oven until brown.

7Serves 4.
