Crawfish Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo or butter (best with real butter)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste (after all is mixed and cooked for a few minutes)
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Saute onions and parsley in butter. Add flour and blend well.

3Add soup as in the can.

4Add no water to it. Simmer 5 minutes. Add crawfish tails (drained). Simmer 10 more minutes on very low heat.

5Prebake small pie shells at 350° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Fill with crawfish filling.

7Bake filled shells for 10 minutes.

8These are absolutely delicious!
