- 1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 2 oz. pepper cheese
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- Tony Chachere Creole seasoning to taste
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute vegetables in butter.

2Add cheese, soup, milk and crawfish.

3Mix with cooked spaghetti in casserole dish.

4Top with bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
