  • 1 lb. crawfish
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • Tony Chachere to season

    Saute onions in butter.

    Melt cream cheese; add whipping cream and seasoning to taste.
