   Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Put all dry ingredients into pan

   Make 3 small holes in this mixture.

   Into hole 1, put the vanilla.

   Into hole 2, put the vinegar.

   put the oil.

   Pour 1 cup water over all the ingredients.

    Stir until well mixed.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes.

    Ice with your favorite icing or serve with whipped topping.
