  • 12 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together first 5 ingredients. Make 3 holes: hole No. 1 - oil; hole No. 2 - vinegar; hole No. 3 - vanilla. Pour water over all and mix well. Bake at 350° approximately 30 minutes. You can mix this right in the 13 x 9 pan.
