- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients into an ungreased 13 inch x 9 inch pan.

2Make three wells in dry mix.

3In well #1, put vanilla. In well #2, put vinegar.

4In well #3, put oil.

5Pour water over mix and stir well with a spoon.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

7Cool completely and frost cake with Poor Man's Icing.
