- 2 qt. popped corn
- 1 1/3 c. pecans, broken into pieces
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine
Directions

1Mix popcorn and nuts.

2Combine sugar, margarine and syrup in a 1 1/2-quart pan.

3Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly, or until mixture turns a light caramel color. Remove from heat.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Pour over popcorn and nuts.

6Mix to coat well. Spread out to dry.

7Break apart and store in tightly covered container.

8Makes about 2 pounds.
