  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sliced pepperoni (not browned; can use)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Mix flour, oregano, eggs, salt, pepper and milk until smooth, then spread in lightly greased pan.

    Brown hamburger, sausage and onion; season to taste.

    Spread over dough.

    Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Drizzle 1 cup pizza sauce on top of this.

    Spread the Monterey Jack cheese on pizza.

    Bake for 10 or 15 minutes more.
