  • 3 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
  • 1 lb. very thinly shaved smoked ham
  • 1 bundle green onion
  • pepper to taste
  • Accent seasoning to taste
  • 10 to 12 drops Worcestershire sauce or to taste

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix cream cheese, chopped onion, Accent, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 to 3/4 of shredded ham.
  2. 2
    Mix well. Roll into a ball and then roll ball onto shredded ham to cover. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
