  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Flatten 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pinch perforations together.

    Beat remaining ingredients, including yolk (not egg white) together and spread over crust. Top with second package of rolls. Brush with egg white and bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Can also top with sprinkles of nuts or raisins.
