  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix all ingredients and roll out to 1/4-inch or less thickness. Cut with small cookie cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or 400° for 10 minutes. Makes about 40 small biscuits.
