- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat the cream cheese until soft.

2Add 5 whole eggs, one at a time.

3Add 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla; beat until thin.

4Pour into graham cracker crust (recipe follows).

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

6Cool cake for 15 minutes.

7Turn oven temperature down to 325°.
