  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Directions

    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, one at a time, while the mixer is on. Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs.

    Pour cheesecake mixture into pan and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 1 hour.

    Do not open door!

    Let cool in oven for 1 hour with door ajar.
