- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- pinch of salt
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, one at a time, while the mixer is on. Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs.

2Pour cheesecake mixture into pan and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 1 hour.

3Do not open door!

4Let cool in oven for 1 hour with door ajar.
