- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
- nuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined.

2Add the heavy cream, mix well and whip until thick.

3Use the back of a spoon and shape the cream cheese mixture into shells.

4Place on wax paper to dry.

5Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.

6When finished freezing fill clouds with cherry pie filling and top with nuts.
