- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 10 oz. can Hungry Jack refrigerator flaky biscuits
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg white until smooth.

3Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

4Place into ungreased 8-inch or 9-inch round cake pan.

5Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust.

6Pour cheese mixture over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown.

8Cool 20 minutes.
