- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1Beat all ingredients together.

2Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake papers.

3Fill with mixture 2/3 full.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and no longer.

5Cool.

6Top with any type of pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.).
