- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Lay 1 package of crescent rolls on bottom of cake pan. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

2Spread on top of dough.

3Top with other package of dough.

4Beat egg white until fluffy.

5Pour over top of dough and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
