  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 medium to large grated pickle
  • milk
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1 small container sour cream (optional)

    In a medium bowl, mash the cream cheese up with a fork.

    Add a little milk to work with; just keep adding some milk until you get it creamy, but not soupy.

    Add your grated pickle, then add sour cream and onion, if you like.
