Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 12 cups icing sugar
  • 18 teaspoon mint extract
  • food coloring
  • 34 cup sugar

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a bown, stirring till well mixed.

    Divide into 4 portions.

    Add in desired colouring, kneeding till desired colour is reached (add more icing sugar if dough is sticky).

    Repeat with remaining portions, using different colours.

    Roll into 1 inch balls and roll balls in sugar.

    Place ball on waxed paper and flatten with small glass, or fork.

    Chill in fridge.

    Store in artight container.
