  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 13 cup fresh lemon juice (not reconstituted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature, then beat until fluffy.

    Gradually add condensed milk while mixing, stir until blended.
