- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can pie filling (any flavor)
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake pie shells according to package.

2Chop pecans and bake on cookie sheet at 300° for 20 minutes.

3In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar until completely creamed.

4Add vanilla.

5Fold in 12 ounce Cool Whip.

6In baked pie shells, layer with pecans, then cream cheese mixture.

7Top with favorite pie filling and 8 ounces Cool Whip.

8Chill for 30 minutes, slice and serve.
