- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1/3 c. butter, softened (do not substitute)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. cake flour, sifted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients; beat well with a heavy-duty mixer.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Beat until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Add flour to creamed mixture.

6Beat well.

7Stir in vanilla.

8Pour batter into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan.

9Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

10Cool in pan 10 minutes.

11Remove from pan.

12Cool completely.
