- 2 cans (8 Oz. Can) Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 8 ounces, fluid Blackberry Jam
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

2Press one can of crescent rolls into the bottom of the pan.

3In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese (make sure it's at room temperature), 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4Spread mixture over the crescent layer. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

5When removed from the fridge, add a layer of blackberry jam over the cream cheese mixture. (I usually just eyeball the exact amount, and use just less than a small jar of jam.)

6Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay over the jam. Do not press down.

7Pour melted butter on top.

8Combine the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top.

9Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until top is crisp and golden.

10These are delicious served warm out of the oven, or after being cooled in the fridge.
