- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 45 crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Boil chicken with 2 bay leaves and celery until tender.

2Bone chicken (break into pieces) and place in oblong glass baking dish. Fold soup and cream together.

3Add to chicken.

4Mix margarine and crumbs and put on top.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
