- 3 lb. lean cubed pork
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 c. apple cider or 1 1/2 c. each dry white wine and chicken stock
- 6 small carrots, sliced
- 3 leeks or 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. rosemary
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Dredge pork with flour.

2Heat oil in a large pan until sizzling.

3Add pork and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove pork to casserole.

4Drain excess oil from pan.

5Pour into pan the cider or chicken stock.

6Heat, stirring, to remove browned particles.

7Put all ingredients together with pork.

8Cover and bake at 325° for approximately 2 hours or until done.
