- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Bake chicken breasts in baking dish for approximately 30 minutes at 350°.

2Remove from oven.

3Cut breasts into bite size chunks.

4Add butter, soup and salt.

5Place mixture back in oven for approximately 20 minutes.

6Prepare rice as usual while chicken mixture is baking.

7Spoon mixture onto rice.

8Serve while warm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
