- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 c. crawfish tails
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. savory
- 2 pinches saffron
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 pt. half and half cream
Directions

1Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add crawfish tails and saute for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except half and half.

2Simmer for 5 minutes. Add half and half and heat without letting it come to a boil.
