  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

    Combine corn, eggs, salt and sugar.

    Pour into 8-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top and dot with butter.
