  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 11/16 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 vanilla bean or 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons cream hazelnut

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Combine the flour, the sugar, baking powder, and vanilla seeds in one bowl.

    Beat the eggs with the heavy cream and the oil in another bowl.

    Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients quickly, just enough to combine.

    Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and place one tablespoon of batter in each liner, next add a tablespoon of hazelnut cream and last, top with another tablespoon of batter.

    Bake the muffins for approximately 15 minutes.

    Remove the muffins from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
